This incident has been resolved. Our network engineering team have found a workaround to send the billing traffic through a stable path while our vendor continues to work on fiber repairs in APAC. Thus we do not believe our billing or analytics data should be delayed anymore.

Our providers are tracking a fiber cut in APAC. We are working closely with our providers to track the repair work and we will be providing more details as updates are being made.

Investigating
StackPath is currently investigating an issue where customers may notice delayed raw logs, billing data, and Analytics API data from our Singapore PoP. Customers also may experience increased latency due to fiber issues with our network provider.
We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as more information is available.
