To offer more stability, performance, and scalability for our growing customer base, we will be moving our origin and raw log storage services to Google Cloud Storage (GCS).

By January 31, 2021, all data from Highwinds Cloud Storage (HCS) will be migrated over to GCS.

Over the next few weeks, Highwinds Support will continue to work directly with HCS customers to migrate their data.

It is possible that some customers may experience intermittent issues during this time as a result of the increased load on the HCS platform.

If you are having trouble completing uploads to HCS, we recommend configuring your FTP client to use SFTP (Port 22) instead.
