Our network engineering team has identified a known bug affecting the switch. This bug is addressed in a newer version of firmware and we’ve executed an emergency upgrade on this device now as part of the recovery process. We are monitoring the results closely at this time.

A network switch in Sao Paolo has failed resulting in reduced capacity in the POP. Customers in the Brazil region may experience slow and/or aborted requests. Engineers are working to recover the switch now. ETA is 30 minutes
